In Parkour Sessions we will be going over the fundamentals of Parkour. This includes exercises to strengthen and ready the body, and techniques for interacting with our surroundings. No matter your physical condition or age, these sessions will help you to build a strong foundation for practicing Parkour. All first time students will receive a 40 page handbook full of pictures and descriptions to help you progress with your training.
Private lessons are $25 an hour, $20 if you bring a friend or partner.
